A Common application form is applicable to all such academic courses at undergraduate and post graduate levels on merit basis.
The Prospectus and application form can be obtained on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- from the Office at :

Important enclosures within the application form :
The Students are required to submit the following documents along with in the application forms.
- Self attested copies of high school / Intermediate / Graduation Mark Sheet and Certificate in two set.
- Character certificate of the last attended Institution.
- Transfer/migration certificate in original.
- Proof of weight age claimed ( Cast Certificate) or any other certificate required in reference to application form in two set.
- Five copies of passport size photographs, one affixed on the application form.
- Domicile Certificate in two set.
- Income Certificate (in case scholarship form filled) in two set.
- AadharCard & PAN Card (in case of A/c opening)
- 2 Envelop each with 5 Rs. Stamp.
Note :
- (1). For LL.B. &B.A.LL.B. Students who has getting admission in Prayag Vidhi Mahavidyalaya should also fill the online admission form
of prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University
- (2). For B-Pharma Student who has getting admission in R.K. Collage of Pharmacy should also fill online admission form of UPSEE.
- (3). For D-Pharma Student who has getting admission in R.K. College of Pharmacy should also fill online admission form of BTE.
Scholarship Details
- 60% must in eligible area for scholarship.
- Income/Cast certificate should be show in online website (www.bor.up.nic.in)
- Scholarship provided by Govt. scheme, so Institute has no responsible for any condition.
